Ju77 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ju77.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated.

• KYC verification must be completed using a national ID or other valid identification document, particularly before making any withdrawal.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the ju77 support team immediately.

Ju77 reserves the right to decline new account registrations or suspend existing accounts at any time, particularly in cases of rule violations.

All financial transactions on ju77 are governed by the following rules, which are in place to protect users and ensure financial security.

• Deposit methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other payment gateways approved by ju77.
• Minimum deposit: BDT 500. Maximum daily deposit limits apply and may vary depending on your account level.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed without completed verification.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted. Deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same name and through the same method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members enjoy even faster processing times.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, transactions will be suspended pending investigation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are possible, unless ju77 offers a cash-out option for that specific case.
• Displayed odds are subject to change. The odds at which your bet was confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or settled according to ju77's rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed during live betting due to a technical error, ju77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Even if a bet is won, winnings may be voided if the event was influenced by match fixing or any other form of fraudulent manipulation.

All betting outcomes are final. In the event of a dispute, ju77's recorded data will serve as the definitive reference.

Ju77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: up to 100% on your first deposit. Maximum bonus amount and wagering requirements are determined by the applicable offer.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x, as specified in each offer's details.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• ju77 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any related winnings will be automatically cancelled.
• ju77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ju77 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity or using different names.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Misusing bonuses or providing false information to obtain a bonus.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Transactions made using a third party's credit card or payment account.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.

Ju77 places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Your data is collected, used, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Your information is never sold to third parties. However, it may be disclosed in response to a legal order or request from a regulatory authority.

• You may request to view, correct, or delete your data, though certain information may need to be retained due to legal obligations.

• Our platform allows you to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• You may request a voluntary account closure (self-exclusion) for a set period or permanently at any time.

Ju77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If an account is registered with false or incomplete information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Under legal obligations or directives from regulatory authorities.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided there are no rule violations.

Ju77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

Ju77 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues during a bet.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party servers or payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.
• For any loss resulting from the user's own error or negligence.

Ju77's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual balance held in the user's account.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

• Once a complaint is submitted, ju77 will investigate and communicate its decision. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
• ju77's decisions are final and binding.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the applicable law and jurisdiction.
